Princesse Tam Tam (1935) is a French movie. Their copyright length is lifetime + 70 years, where lifetime is "computed from the last surviving person among the following: the author of the scenario, the author of the dialogue, the author of the musical compositions, with or without words, specially composed for the work and the main director." The scenario was written by Pepito Abatino. I can't find out if or when he died. Yves Mirande, the author of the dialog, died March 20, 1957, so the movie is under copyright in France until at least 2027 making it more than eligible for GATT. I'd say it isn't PD.

Video-Cellar says Lady Windermere's Fan (1925) is PD. I couldn't find a renewal.
